PromPulse Refund Policy
Product
PromPulse · International Version
1. Scope
- This Policy explains the refund rules for purchases of the international version of PromPulse.
- A purchase may be sold and processed by Paddle or another authorized reseller or merchant of record identified at checkout. Its buyer terms and refund rules also apply to payment, cancellation, statutory withdrawal, and refund processing.
- This Policy supplements the PromPulse Terms of Service and the information shown at checkout. It does not reduce any non-waivable right available under the law of your country or region or any more favorable right expressly provided by the merchant of record.
2. Completed Payments Are Generally Non-Refundable
- Once a payment is successfully completed and the purchased PromPulse access is made available, the payment is final and generally non-refundable.
- This rule applies to initial purchases, renewals, upgrades, later subscriptions, unused time, partial billing periods, changes of mind, mistaken plan selection, and failure to cancel before renewal.
- Discounts, promotional benefits, complimentary access, and unused service time are not converted into cash or account credit.
- PromPulse may choose to make an exception in an individual case, but doing so does not create an ongoing entitlement for that user, another transaction, or another user.
- This Section does not limit the exceptions and mandatory rights described below.
3. Renewals and Cancellation
- Subscriptions may renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout unless cancelled before the applicable renewal point.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals after the cancellation becomes effective but does not refund a charge already collected.
- After cancellation, paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid period unless the merchant of record, final transaction status, or applicable law requires a different result.
- Failure to use the service or to cancel before a renewal does not by itself create a refund right.
4. Exceptions and Mandatory Rights
- Nothing in this Policy limits a non-waivable withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or consumer right available under applicable law.
- We or the merchant of record will review a billing issue where there is a duplicate or incorrect charge, an unauthorized payment, a material mismatch between the transaction and the checkout information, or paid PromPulse access was not made available and could not be restored within a reasonable period.
- Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include restoring access, correcting the transaction, extending service, or issuing a refund where required or approved.
- Any more favorable refund or withdrawal right expressly provided at checkout or by the merchant of record remains available according to its terms.
- Submitting a request does not establish eligibility or mean that a refund has been approved or completed.
5. How to Raise a Billing Issue
- Use the transaction receipt, billing interface, buyer-support route provided by the merchant of record, or [email protected].
- Provide the email address used for the transaction and enough information to identify the payment. Do not send a complete payment-card number, account password, verification code, or other payment credential.
- We or the merchant of record may verify the PromPulse account, transaction, payment status, access to purchased benefits, previous adjustments, and reasonable fraud indicators.
- Where a refund is required or approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment route. Processing and arrival times depend on the merchant of record, payment method, bank, holidays, and settlement network.
6. Fraud, Abuse, and Unauthorized Payments
- This Policy does not permit payment fraud, account theft, fabricated billing claims, exploitation of vulnerabilities, abusive chargebacks, or other unlawful or deceptive conduct.
- We and the merchant of record may request proportionate verification, preserve relevant evidence, or reject an ineligible or fraudulent request, subject to applicable law.
- If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact the merchant of record through the transaction receipt or buyer-support channel and notify us without delay. Nothing in this Policy limits a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized payment.
7. Effect of a Refund
- When a refund is completed, the related subscription and paid PromPulse benefits may end or be adjusted according to the final transaction and subscription status.
- Existing User Content is handled under the PromPulse Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. A refund does not by itself require immediate deletion of content that the resulting account tier permits us to retain.
- If a refund is reversed, disputed, or subject to a chargeback, access and account measures are determined using the final trustworthy payment status and applicable law.
8. Changes to This Policy
- We may update this Policy for changes in law, payment arrangements, product plans, or refund practices.
- A new version will not unreasonably and retroactively reduce a refund right that applied when a transaction was completed.
- The version displayed or linked at checkout governs the PromPulse refund rules for that transaction and may be associated with the order for compliance and dispute resolution.
