Important Notice

This Privacy Policy explains how Shanghai Danbohu Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes personal data when you use the international version of PromPulse, and how you may exercise your privacy rights.

Certain guest features are available without an account. After you sign in, content and preferences within the supported sync scope are automatically synced to provide account, cross-device, backup, and recovery functions.

We collect limited operational statistics after providing this notice to operate, secure, understand, and improve PromPulse. This basic measurement does not have a separate user switch. It does not include the text of AI conversations, saved prompts or collections, complete source addresses, login credentials, or payment credentials.

PromPulse does not currently offer optional behavioral analysis that builds profiles based on specific AI-provider or tool use, multi-AI comparison sequences, cross-site browsing history, or individual preferences for advertising, cross-product recommendations, or commercial promotion. If we introduce such analysis, we will provide a separate notice and choice before that collection begins.

1. Scope and Controller

1. This Policy applies to the international version of PromPulse and related services provided under the PromPulse name. The mainland China version has a separate Chinese-language privacy policy.
2. We are the controller of personal data processed to provide and operate PromPulse. Third-party authentication providers, AI services, browser platforms, security providers, and the merchant of record may independently control data they process for their own services.
3. This Policy does not govern unrelated products or services that have their own privacy policies.

2. Personal Data We Process

2.1 Guest Use and Default Experience

We may process a random installation or guest identifier, guest-service status, necessary usage results, and basic device or network information to provide guest functions, apply trial limits, prevent abuse, and resolve service issues. Before an account market is confirmed, a stored device preference or a coarse region, browser-language, and time-zone estimate may be used to recommend a default language and sign-in experience. The recommendation does not confirm or override an account market.

2.2 Accounts and Authentication

Depending on the method you choose, we may process your email address and verification result, or the account identifier and profile information returned by Google, GitHub, or another authentication provider with your authorization. For GitHub sign-in, verified email addresses may be used during first sign-in to detect an existing-account conflict; this does not automatically add email sign-in or merge accounts.

We also process your PromPulse account identifier, account status, confirmed market, language, sign-in state, security records, and the type, version, time, and method of agreement actions. We use this information to create or identify the account, keep you signed in, apply the correct market, protect the account, and keep reliable records of your choices.

2.3 Browser Features and Content You Choose to Save

When you actively use a page feature, PromPulse may read the current page address and title, the content or input location you select, and limited page context needed to complete that action.

Ordinary browsing and routine conversations with third-party AI services are not automatically uploaded to PromPulse. Information is sent to us when you choose to save, sync, back up, report, or use another function that requires server processing.

2.4 Automatic Cloud Sync

After you sign in, content and preferences within the supported sync scope are automatically synced. This may include collections, prompts, tags, source information, preferences, and information needed for sync, backup, and recovery.

Saved content or source information may contain personal data about you or another person. Save only information you are entitled to use and avoid unnecessary identity documents, account credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information.

2.5 Preferences and Core Service Records

We may process your market, language, AI-service selection, interface settings, and other preferences to restore your experience. We also keep limited records needed to apply guest limits, account benefits, subscription entitlements, sync status, troubleshooting, security, and dispute resolution.

2.6 Security and Abuse Prevention

We may process IP address, access time, basic browser, device and network characteristics, verification and sign-in results, failed attempts, unusual activity, and necessary account or transaction information to prevent account theft, automated abuse, attacks, payment fraud, and circumvention of service limits.

2.7 Basic Operational Statistics

We collect the minimum data needed to understand whether PromPulse works, how its own pages and entry points are used, and where the product needs improvement. This may include PromPulse page or entry-point views, operation categories and results, product version, confirmed market, approximate time, and pseudonymous installation or account identifiers needed to calculate installations, page views, unique use, activity, retention, and service conversion.

Basic operational statistics are used only for PromPulse operation, reliability, security, internal business analysis, and product improvement. They are not used for public industry reports, recommendations for other Aquelity products, personalized advertising, or commercial promotion.

2.8 Optional Behavioral Analysis

PromPulse does not currently use optional behavioral analysis to build profiles based on specific AI-provider or tool use, multi-AI comparison sequences, cross-site browsing history, or individual preferences for advertising, cross-product recommendations, or commercial promotion.

If this capability is introduced, we will explain the purpose and scope and provide a separate control before collection begins. If the control is not enabled or is later turned off, PromPulse will not newly collect, backfill, or continue creating that optional data. Refusing it will not affect core functions or basic operational statistics.

2.9 Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

The merchant of record identified at checkout processes buyer, billing, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, cancellation, and refund information under its own privacy notice.

We may receive and process your PromPulse account, plan, transaction, amount, currency, subscription, renewal, refund, chargeback, and entitlement status, together with limited buyer information needed to fulfil the order, provide support, reconcile transactions, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number, card security code, or payment password.

2.10 Support and Communications

If you contact us, we process the contact details, message, attachments, account or transaction information, and diagnostic information you choose to provide. We use them to respond, investigate, prevent abuse, and maintain a support record.

We may send necessary account, security, service, policy, subscription, transaction, and support messages. Promotional messages, if introduced, will be managed separately and include an available opt-out where required.

3. Why We Process Personal Data

Depending on the purpose and the law that applies, we process personal data because:

• it is necessary to provide guest functions, accounts, sync, saved content, support, or purchased benefits that you request;
• it is necessary for security, service integrity, troubleshooting, and limited product improvement, based on our legitimate interests or another lawful basis recognized in your location;
• you have given consent for an optional activity;
• it is necessary to comply with payment, tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
• it is necessary to protect people, accounts, or property in an emergency.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Where information is required to provide a function you request, not providing it may mean that function cannot be offered.

4. Browser Data and Chrome Limited Use

PromPulse requests browser permissions only for the functions disclosed in the product and this Policy. A broad permission shown by the browser does not mean that we continuously read or upload every page you visit.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from extension permissions, Chrome APIs, or extension operation, including aggregated, anonymized, or derived data, is used only to provide, maintain, protect, measure, and improve PromPulse’s disclosed single purpose and user-facing features. It is not sold or used for public industry research, cross-product recommendations, personalized advertising, credit decisions, or data brokerage.

Access to such data is limited to automated processing and to people who need access for security, support, legal compliance, or another purpose allowed by the Chrome Web Store policy.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

PromPulse and related websites may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, service operation, checkout, and basic operational measurement. Where applicable law requires consent for a non-essential technology, we will request it before use and provide a way to change the choice.

Local storage may contain guest content, sign-in state, language and market preferences, settings, and sync status. Clearing local data or uninstalling the product may remove unsynced information.

6. How We Disclose Personal Data

We disclose personal data only where reasonably necessary:

1. to service providers that host, store, secure, communicate, or support PromPulse under our instructions;
2. to authentication, AI, browser, or other third-party services you choose to use;
3. to the merchant of record and its payment, tax, fraud-prevention, banking, and support partners for a purchase;
4. when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud; or
5. as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable notice and privacy obligations.

We do not currently sell personal data for monetary consideration or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Before introducing any materially different use permitted by applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide any required choice. The stricter Chrome Limited Use boundary in Section 4 continues to apply to extension data.

7. Current Third-Party Services

Third-party AI providers are not our service providers merely because PromPulse works on their websites. Information you submit to them is governed by their terms and privacy policies. Information you actively save to PromPulse is governed by this Policy.

We may replace a provider that performs the same function without changing the purpose or categories of processing. If a new provider materially changes the purpose, data involved, independent recipients, or international processing, we will update this Policy and take any steps required by law.

8. Storage Location and International Processing

PromPulse account information, synced content, preferences, agreement records, operational statistics, support information, and product-side transaction records are currently stored primarily in mainland China. This also applies to international accounts.

Authentication, security, distribution, and payment providers may process limited information in other countries when you use their services. In particular, Google, GitHub, Cloudflare, and the merchant of record may process information in the locations described by their own privacy notices. Ordinary conversations you have directly with a third-party AI service are governed by that service’s data locations and privacy terms and are not automatically routed through PromPulse.

Privacy and government-access laws may differ between these locations and your location. Where the law applicable to a particular transfer requires additional safeguards, we will use an available lawful mechanism and provide information about it as required.

9. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing PromPulse, maintaining security, meeting legal and accounting duties, and resolving disputes.

• account information, preferences, synced content, and agreement records are generally retained while the account exists, unless you delete eligible content earlier;
• guest and core-service records are retained for the period needed to provide the service, maintain limits and entitlements, protect security, and resolve disputes;
• basic operational statistics are retained for operational analysis and product improvement, after which they are deleted or anonymized;
• optional behavioral analysis, if introduced, will have a retention rule disclosed before collection begins;
• transaction, subscription, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, and dispute records are retained for the periods required by law and legitimate claim handling; and
• support and security records are retained for the time needed to resolve the request, protect the Services, and meet legal obligations.

When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it. Secure backups may take additional time to rotate and are not used for unrelated purposes while awaiting deletion. Information under a legal hold or mandatory retention is used only for that purpose.

10. Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures designed to protect personal data during transmission, storage, and use. Access is limited to people and providers with a genuine need and appropriate obligations.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. If a personal-data incident occurs, we will investigate, take reasonable remedial steps, and notify affected individuals or authorities where required by law.

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account, verification messages, and signed-in devices. Contact us promptly if you believe your PromPulse account or synced content has been accessed without authorization.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the law that applies to you and subject to its conditions and exceptions, you may have the right to access, copy, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data; restrict or object to particular processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent authority.

You may manage available content, preferences, exports, and account closure through PromPulse. For a request that cannot be completed in the product, email [email protected] and describe the account and request involved.

We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and authority. We may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, including where it would affect another person’s rights, conflict with a legal obligation, expose security information, or require us to re-identify anonymized data. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to the request.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. Children

PromPulse is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. A higher age applies where required by local law. We do not offer a process for a parent to authorize use of PromPulse by a child below the applicable minimum age.

If we reasonably learn that an underage person used PromPulse or provided personal data, we will restrict access and delete or otherwise handle the data as required by law. A parent or guardian may contact [email protected] about suspected underage use.

13. Automated Recommendations and Decisions

PromPulse may use automated rules to recommend a default language or sign-in experience and to identify security or abuse risks. A default recommendation does not confirm an account market or by itself determine a major legal or financial right.

If an automated decision produces a significant effect and applicable law gives you a right to an explanation, review, or objection, we will provide an appropriate channel.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, PromPulse, data practices, or third-party providers. Each published version will state its effective date.

Changes that do not materially affect your rights may be published on our website. If a change materially affects the purposes or methods of processing, data categories, independent recipients, international processing, retention, or your rights, we will provide prominent notice and request renewed consent where required by law.

An action taken for an earlier version is not automatically recorded as consent to a materially different version.
